... but it's pretty close to it. But as William DeVaughn said, be thankful for what you got. Because what we've got in the mighty West Philadelphia Orchestra is one of the all-time hardest working bands, I would venture to say, in Philly music history. And certainly the hardest-working, brass-powered, free-range Balkan dance party band that has ever even breathed Philly air. For the group's Tuesday night residency at Franky Bradley's, guests are encouraged to meet outside at 8:45PM, whereupon they may parade around the block for a bit, as an evening constitutional. Once that's over and you head inside, expect a sweaty three sets of music designed to get czars horny. Somehow, they make it look it easy.
