Jersey tomatoes, or Rutgers tomatoes (what?), are gloriously everywhere right now, and in finest Bonita Applebaum form. Have ‘em caprese, make a cold salad with them and some corn, or hell, just slice ‘em and salt ‘em.
DRINK
