After a series of somewhat similar previous projects chronicling the world of fitness, Philly-based photographer Matt Godfrey is currently carrying out a new one with a similar sense of immersion but with a series of subjects somewhat different: Book people. Writers, booksellers, publishers, designers and the like, all of whose lives are wrapped in books, are at the heart of Godfrey's #40in40 project. And so far so good: Godfrey has already captured a veritable who's who of the book world in Philly — and he's only about halfway in. Follow him on Instagram to watch the series unfold in real time.
