Fleisher/Ollman Gallery Moves, Partners On Gallery In Portland

FOGBig changes are coming in the local art gallery world, as the Fleisher/Ollman Gallery is moving from their location at 1616 Walnut Street to a new spot at 1216 Arch Street. The new location will open with an inaugural exhibition at the new 5,000 square foot gallery in March, which means Jayson Musson‘s Cosby Sweater art show was the last exhibition at the old F/O location. They couldn’t have closed out on a better show.

And in other big news regarding the exact same art gallery, John Ollman, the latter person represented in Fleisher/Ollman, partnered up with Amy Adams (not the actress) to open the Adams and Ollman Gallery in Portland. Which Portland? You know which Portland. The inaugural exhibition at the Pacific Northwest gallery will feature sculptures and drawings by Camden-born Bill Walton (not the basketball player).

You can check out some more info on Adams and Ollman here, and keep your eyes out here for an announcement about Fleisher/Ollman’s first exhibit after moving.
