The End Beginning Of The Road: Boyz II Men Will Do Weekend Residency In Vegas

When Boyz II Men opened up the Valley Forge Casino, they must have really fallen in love with the vibe, because starting March 1st they will be playing weekend shows (78 in total) at the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage in Las Vegas. Following in the footsteps of Celine Dion, Bette Midler, and … uh … Def Leppard, Boyz II Men will become a Vegas staple for at least a year, and tickets to their shows will start at a respectable yet affordable $40. Now, can someone get Prince on this Vegas residency thing? He was built for it.

    Prince had a residency at the Rio. I went in 2007 and would love to tell you that it was even better than I imagined… but I had imagined that seeing Prince in a small Vegas Venue would be one of the best shows ever, and it was.
