Our good buddy Paul from National Mechanics was able to catch this snap of this morning’s massive water main break at 3rd and Walnut. The break left many Center City residents (and some South Philly ones, too, we are hearing) without water. As of 1:19pm Saturday afternoon, though, water service was already being restored.
