If nothing else, this shows that many great musicians go through their own dangly-earring-let’s-change-how-my-songs-sound phase. Bob Dylan (who celebrated his 71st birthday this year) will be playing the Wells Fargo Center on November 19 with his band, and support will be provided by Mark Knopfler (who did for headbands what grunge did for flannel … almost). Tickets go on sale Friday.
