Come On Down … To Delaware, Where You Could Be The Next Contestant On The Price Is Right
It doesn’t have the same luster as the days of Bob Barker and Rod Roddy, but if you’d like to be a contestant on The Price Is Right, your chance is coming. The show, now hosted by an uncomfortably-skinny version of Drew Carey, is hosting an open audition for a chance to be flown out to Los Angeles to possibly be on the show. On August 28th, from 11AM to 2PM at the Casino at Delaware Park in Wilmington, Delaware, you can meet with some of the higher ups at CBS and dazzle them with your knowledge of the prices of Nutella spread and his/hers bicycles. Two winners will be flown to LA to see the show, and one of those two will win a spot on Contestants Row to show Drew Carey that they’ve done all of their research and they know how much A NEW CAR costs. You need an application form before you get there, which you can get online here. So print that out and head to your local Superfresh and start studying. Oh and look at the prices of luggage. There’s always luggage.
