Sure, some of you may already be aware of the Bass Barn Forums, the go-to place to discuss fish, fishing, crabs, crabbing, and other things related to fishing and crabbing. Batten down the hatches (maybe): Accuweather.com is predicting a fairly gnarly winter for Philadelphia. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean much; last year, they had us convinced reports of “stormy and cold” weather would, in fact, mean both of those things, and that’s not exactly how Winter 2011-12 turned out, is it? At any rate, [...]

The Found Footage Festival is returning to Philadelphia, and this year, it’s gonna be a doozy. On Wednesday, September 5th, starting at 7 PM, head to Johnny Brenda’s for what is sure to be the strangest, most wonderfully off-putting, hairspray-and-Cosby-sweater-filled night of the year. (Unless you went to Comedy Bang! Bang! live, probably.) The event’s [...]
