English group Hot Chip are like the Arcade Fire of electro, based on sheer band member numbers alone. The 7-piece live-band is touring behind their fifth album, In Our Heads, that was released last month. The album brings dance music to the masses without dumbing it down, making it overly friendly, or over-thinking it. It’s dace music as joy, as feeling, and as … well … fun (as you can tell by the video above). Their tour schedule is bringing them to the Electric Factory this Saturday, where Amereican electro-pop-punkers Chromatics are playing in support, and we want you to go.
