Let’s Distract Ourselves From The Start Of Another Heatwave By Talking About The Start Of Another Heatwave
It’s 8 AM, are you sweating yet? The mercury is topping out above 90 degress yet again today, and it will continue to do that at least until Thursday. So where do this year’s heatwaves rank with previous years? According to PhillyWeather.net, today is the 22nd day of 90+ degrees so far this year, which we’re guessing just made you sweat a little bit more.
We’re gonna go ahead and hope that we don’t hit the 2010 totals this year (55 total days of 90+ degrees), but we’ll be on at least 26 by the end of this week, so who knows. All we can do (and you should too) is stay hydrated and shove our faces in front of a fan as much as possible. Stay cool out there everyone, it can get a little hairy when everyone’s brain is melting.
