RECOMMENDED: Philebrity cannot wholeheartedly endorse any movie that is opening in the Philadelphia area this week.

ALSO NEW IN THEATERS: Ted, featuring Marky Mark of Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch and a wisecracking animatronic bear in a film that had to, had to be borne out of the damage control that came in the wake of that time Andy Samberg did “Mark Wahlberg Talks To Animals” on SNL; Magic Mike, featuring Channing Tatum as a male stripper with a heart of wood; People Like Us, a family drama which you might not totally hate but we’re not risking it; and Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Witness Protection, which actually is a real movie and, you know, like, exists.
