Do you remember Jocelyn Kirsch? Sure you do. Along with her partner Edward Anderton, she was the fairer half of the fraudly-scammin’ duo known here in the oughties as “Bonnie and Clyde.” Together, they were a shared civic obsession. Today, after having done federal time for the crimes that captured the public imagination here in Philly, Kirsch has settled in Walnut Creek, CA, where apparently, old habits die hard. Last week, Kirsch was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary and possession of stolen property at Broadway Plaza in downtown Walnut Creek — where her new community learned of her previous career here on the East Coast. But in her defense, who in this economy can afford to actually shop at Nordstrom?
