A couple of weeks ago, we told you about the University City District’s Heart & Soul project, which will put pianos into public spaces because this is a great idea and making music is good for you. (We did not know then, and could not have known, the Billy Joel controversy that wound up resulting from our post but, yea, that also was wonderful, in its way.) Today, local paper cutout artist Joe Boruchow (whose work you may have seen here before) shared a photo of his contribution to the project, and we kind of love it. Opening reception and launch party for Heart & Soul is on Wednesday, June 6th from 6 – 8pm at The Porch at 30th Street Station.
