Oh man. So when the Mayor of Colwyn declared a State of Emergency last week, we had a good laugh about it. But now that the order has been rescinded by Colwyn’s borough council, it seems more and more fitting. According to The Daily News, the borough is beset with financial and racial issues.

Among the issues:
>>>A mayor who has been literally locked out of the loop
>>>A police chief that is being paid not to work
>>>A Council President who supposedly considers white police offers KKK members, and has been described as racist by black officers who also say she wants them to be racist
>>>And multiple pending Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints against the police department

So … how about that State of Emergency again?
