Yesterday was the end of a long, weird campaign, for both Brian Sims and Babette Josephs. And at the end of that day, they ended up being separated by only about 3 percentage points, and a few hundred votes. But in the end, Sims won out, putting a cap on a series of seemingly desperate decisions by Josephs. Sims, meanwhile, had reason to celebrate.
