Dept. Of Legendary Philadelphia Traditions: Mummer Fight!
Let’s run down three things we can’t understand:

Well, luckily for us, the above video has all three of those things. The video, taken on an Android phone and uploaded to YouTube (our generation’s answer to the Dead Sea scrolls) shows, according to Philly.com, a brawl at Second Street and Pierce Avenue. You see men in flowery pink outfits throwing fists at the some of the country’s 6th worst-dressed people, and we even get a railing collapse reminiscent of the 1998 Army-Navy game. This should be our tourism video.
