For those headed down to the Winter Classic, or just heading down to the tailgate, or just have somewhere to be along the Broad Steer Line that day, the Broad Street Line will be free from 11 AM to 6 PM. According to NBC Philadelphia, “SEPTA will add eight extra Sports Express trips that will run every 10 minutes from 11:30 AM until face-off at 1 PM.”
