Attention West Philly: Prepare for totally borked traffic patterns tomorrow afternoon as Vice President Joe Biden will be at Houston Hall at the University of Pennsylvania, ostensibly for a roundtable discussion with Mayor Michael Nutter and Commissioner Charles Ramsey about how budget cuts are affecting public safety. But really, it’s mostly a chance for Biden to push Obama’s American Jobs Act, get a soundbite on the evening news, and then move on to the next stop. Will it help the desperately-needed AJA to get pushed through Congress? Well, that’s like asking how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. We just don’t know, dude. What has a greater hold on our attention at the moment is this JOE BIDEN CAN HOLDER, which answers in the affirmative the age-old question, “Need to keep your soda cold?” Soda? Ahahaha, OK, guy. It’s yours for a $10 pledge to the Obama 2012 campaign and a convenient act of forgetting everything Michelle Obama said that time about not letting your kids get fat. Cheers, champ!
