Whoopsie: The City Of Harrisburg is about to default on a a $3.29 million municipal-bond payment because it blew all of its money on a big incinerator. Some local officials have raised the idea of the municipality declaring bankruptcy, but Rendell has made a poo-poo face to that idea. Really, it’s time for Harrisburg to get creative — something tells us there are untold millions in the as-yet unexploited Dutch Pantry brand. Think about it: Next Ed Hardy like whoa.
