Local bands/artists/rappers, send us MP3 links (links!) TODAY, and tomorrow, we will post the ten best for download so that the people of Philadelphia can pick up what you are putting down. Email us at tips[at]philebrity[dot]com with “THURSDAY MP3 DIZZLE” in the subject header.
