I'm polite, so are they, and it works out fine. My internet has gone out once or twice and they were incredibly easy to work with and I was back online pretty fast.The only problem I have now is with my cable box, and the worst was when it was broken for a week. They "fix" a problem that comes back in two days, or won't come for a week to fix a problem that literally has your internet knocked out unless you have a neighbor with a home business pull rank, or any number of other things.
