Specifically, because of the new table games law (which btw is taxed less than slots 16% vs 40%!!). Why on earth would people from Philadelphia drive an hour and a half to play an evening of poker? When it was all slots, yeah, it would have been of questionable interest to the public at large, but now it's a sure thing.
