Greets… outside La Colombe on 19th St. off Rittenhouse Sq, someone got tired of waiting for SEPTA to put up a new bus stop sign.
A little permanent marker, some cheery yellow highlighter, a crooked smiley face (why not?), a dash of ScotchTape and voila!–homemade infrastructure. It’s been up for weeks.
