Readers Cameraphone: PPA + PWD = BFF (Go Away, FedEx, You Stink!)
I spotted this unoccupied PWD vehicle parked in the scooter spaces on Chestnut at 17th for at least 45 minutes while I ate lunch today. I didn’t, however, spot a ticket on the windshield, and based on how fast the PPA swoops in on every UPS/FedEx/delivery truck, could they be in cahoots??
If you think this is bad, you should see the way the PPA carries on with PGW! Get a room, you two! GROSSBURGERS!
