I didn’t find any of the suggestions to be too high-end or exclusive. But I’ll throw one out there: 10 Arts. Two large flat-screen tvs, an attractive long bar (marble I think) and some of the best food in town.

Eh, I took it more in the spirit of “you can watch the game without having to subject yourself to McFadden’s” than an anti-sports post. There is a middle ground between the 700-level and Lord Whimsey.

I am trying to figure out if this posting is a joke. It’s the World Series, and we are lucky enough to live in the greatest sports city in America. And you find it necessary to write an article telling people where to get foie gras without the sports lads??? Man up! Embrace it. This is one of the few times we can all get along and enjoy each other’s company. It’s like the Mummers Parade with less public urination. I’ll eat my foie gras after the parade thank you very much.
