Phashionista: Flowers, Phlyers And Pathmark

Broad Street Bootleg's new Flyers t-shirt design· Just in time for preseason, Broad Street Bootlegs has unveiled a new design for the, um, Phlyers fan. Take a look at the fantastic making-of photos showing Christian Cantiello‘s production process.

·Hana & Posy is a self-described “environmentally and socially responsible boutique providing eco-friendly lifestyle products for people and pets. We embrace a way of life that supports the earth and all of its inhabitants… [we provide] customers with eco-friendly alternatives including sustainably grown flowers… organic pet foods, natural pet supplies.” We’ll forgive them for also selling us the whole conscious/sustainable/local (ahem, bougie) products and aesthetic, but we could be proved wrong tonight when their store officially opens with a First Friday party. 35 N 3rd St, Unit 101 in Old City, 5PM-9PM.

Picture 6· Just in time for for a trip back in time, Max Oben found this t-shirt on eBay and sent to us. I can’t imagine anyone in Pathmark wearing something besides a red apron, and I have my suspicions regarding its authenticity (a woman we called at the Greys Ferry Pathmark was quoted to say, “I don’t remember any yellow and blue shirts, and I’ve been around a minute”) but I do like the rather humble object description: “The tag is faded, so I can’t tell what the fabric content is, but it seems to be a blend of cotton and rayon or polyester.”
