215 Fest Returns October 2-4

215festivalSome of the goodest, cleanest fun we’ve had over the last few years has been with our friends at the 215 Festival, Philly’s annual weekend fest that’s chock full of all things bookish and nerd-sexy. So we were stoked to hear that the 215 Fest is ramping up right now for this year’s edition, which will include a preview of Brat Productions‘ Haunted Poe, a food blogger’s brunch, the ever-popular Bibliodiscotheque party (which features librarians as DJs doing their thing for Books Through Bars and is seriously the drunkest we got all last fall), and other stuff TBA.     Latvian beer, the history of the Ouiji Board, and John Hodgman’s drunkeye were just a few delightful highlights I enjoyed at last year’s events. Can’t wait for the 2009 edition!
