All this summer, we have had the unique pleasure of playing host to a young guy who is honestly one of the most devoted, hard-working and intelligent interns we’ve ever had. His name is Danny Dougherty, and today is his last day. (Although he may stay on as our Pennsyltucky correspondent.) While grinding out posts and helping with listings here at Philebs, Danny taught us many things: That Jon & Kate do have a place on Philebrity! That the dominance of the Tastykake does mean something! And that, yes, someone out there does order the RoastBurger at Arby’s. (To be honest, Danny, we’re still kind of weirded out by this one.) However, what we’ll remember Danny for most is his “animal beat.” Danny has a knack for, pardon the pun, ferreting out posts about wildlife. Here then, is the Complete Danny Dougherty Animal Beat:
