PA currently has reciprocity with i think 14 other states as far as purchasing a handgun is concerned. theres actually a workshop (obviously illegal) in west oak lane where they teach you how to get a Florida ID under an assumed name, buy a gun in FLA and then ship it to Philly. THEY TEACH A FUCKING CLASS. i know a cop who had pulled a dude over and he had a handgun on him. he showed his FLA ID and they had to street him…unreal.
