So, hey, how’s your crazy week of bopping all around the Global Fusion Festival been going? It was news to us, too. But all is not lost: On Saturday, the Global Fusion Festival — which seems not so much “global” as “Latin, Caribbean and R&B” — will descend upon Penn’s Landing for a free, all-day concert featuring Bell Biv Devoe (pictured) and what would seem to be Michael Jackson karaoke on the Penn’s Landing stage, among other acts. So there you go.

i went to the global fusion festival last year. there was asian and european cultures represented too. I think the event planners wanted this to be a family event, not to be tainted by yuppies and hipsters. I brought my kids there for work (youth worker) and I was probably the only white 20 something there. Pretty much geared towards anyone not white. still had fun though!
