Some poor, lost soul just uploaded a whole grip of 1987 Frank Rizzo campaign ads to YouTube. Frank apparently ran on the “Doesn’t anybody pick up the fucking trash around here?” platform. He lost, somehow, to Wilson Goode, even after the MOVE disaster of 1985.
