Depending on neighborhood, people can access the loans needed to acquire a home it has no difference over city or suburb. The report assumes its some choice over suburbs which its not. It has nothing to do with the kyw report thinking that residents what suburbia. While people leave large cities such as ours everyday its the number of people who move in which is the issue. Philadelphia is bringing in people at a number that is now off setting those who leave. Millions leave NYC every few years never to return again, only to be replaced by millions of others.White flight is continuing in our cities and in many inner-ring suburbs across the country so an end of that will never happen.

What a dumb story by kyw.
