Last Friday, when we’d finally taken a respite from our blitzkreig of reader-submitted It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia coverage and were already drunk in an alley off Rittenhouse Square (more about this in a moment), our buddy Anthony Gargano revealed on 610 WIP that he’d be featured in a cameo on the show this season. Which makes perfect sense. Cuz, pictured at left and looking very Mario Lanza if we do say so ourselves, is the perfect hybrid of Philly sports goon and enlightened sees-the-poetry-in-sports-type dude, and it’s that hybrid of “enlightened goon” that really makes the Always Sunny show churn, don’t you think? Hell, they should make him a regular.
