Comcast Bonnie offered to take my order on Twitter. Because that’s actually what I use Twitter for – giving out my address to customer service reps…creepy indeed.

FIOS really isn’t much better than Comcast. I’m glad I chose them, sure, but beyond the initial installation, their service is no better. Once you get locked in for a year, you’re as fucked as a monopolized Comcast customer.
