This Saturday night at the Barbary, Foggy Notion, Philebrity’s monthly rock ‘n’ roll dance party, is back, and this is gonna be a really special one, folks. Free Energy are gang of recent Philly transplants, some of whom used to be in a band called Hockey Night that you might have heard of. After woodshedding in their Fishtown basement for months and months, playing only house parties and recording their debut album, Stuck On Nothin’, with producer James Murphy for DFA Records, this will be their first-ever Philadelphia nightclub appearance.
