This Just In: Joan Krajewski And Her Dumb Bill Just Got The Gas Face
Regarding our earlier posts about Council Relic/scary machine Joan Krajewski‘s bill that would flip all public land in the City to Council, whereupon it could do whatever it wishes, public interest group SCRUB reports the following:
Thanks to your support and outcry at the proposed City Council Bill allowing non-recreational, private uses on public parkland, Councilwoman Krajewski has pulled the Bill from City Council!
Earlier today at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission meeting, the Executive Director of the Planning Commission, Alan Greenberger announced that the Bill, referred to as Bill No. 090380, was pulled from the City Council calendar and therefore would not be considered by the Planning Commission.
Ah, light. It does amazing things. And if you’re not sure what we mean by “The Gas Face,” then you’re obviously not up on your 3rd Bass. Joan Krajewski, today, you get The Gas Face.

My brain can’t allow me to recall what I had for dinner last night, but it somehow knows that Prime Minister Pete Nice is an acclaimed baseball historian (seriously) and that Zev Luv X is now better known as MF DOOM.

SCRUB ain’t all light.
Hovering LOVES the SCRUB folk. Loves the Philebrity peeps. Just maybe don’t profess such love so easily.
Eh, baby?
Sorry. Message: Joan pulled back too easily. Greenberger and Altman know her record, and know that SCRUB is done. Mary T should have quit that when she was ahead, but, she did not. Only in flush times are SCRUBby and anti-graffiti things taken seriously.
If you want to be a real Democrat, you must learn to think like the sharpest of Republicans. Granted, it’s hard to think of a smart Republican right now.
Still, do so. Do so.
