We’d been hearing rumors for months that LebowskiFest — that roving celebration that pays homage each year to the Coen Brothers’s The Big Lebowski, the Citizen Kane of stoner films — would be coming to Philadelphia this year. And after much touch-and-go and “we’ll let you know,” well, finally, they let us know. And the answer is a resounding “yes,” dude. LebowskiFest will really tie the room together on:

What exactly goes on at a LebowskiFest, you may ask? Dude! “‘Achievers’ are regaled with two nights of events: live music and a screening of the movie on the first night, followed by an evening of bowling, replete with wild costumes, trivia contests, unlimited bowling, White Russians, and what-have-you.” Tickets go on sale on Friday.
