Call 311 so it gets tracked by Phillystat and the Streets Commissioner has to answer to the Managing Director, the Deputy Mayor and even the Mayor himself.But- it doesn't happen as often as the myth would suggest. All recyclables go to Blue Mountain Recycling, down on Gray's Ferry in South Philly. Go see it for yourselves- but more importantly, stop suggesting that it doesn't get recycled.
