· Old City’s Topstitch Boutique announced on Friday that they’ll be moving — right around the corner, to the spot that used to be Deep Sleep. That won’t bring Deep Sleep back (God we loved that spot), but it’s nice to see that with the Exit and Matthew Izzo moves we just noted on Friday, retailers are expanding, moving, developing around that neck of the woods.
· However, sneaker boutique WTHN has shut its doors. No word other than this: “Be back soon!” We hope so!
· And, not for nothing but still on a retail tip, Juanita & Juan’s kinda rules. Been loving the the super-boutique-y “we only carry 50 books and 20 records, but they will ALL blow your mind” vibe of this place.
