Umbrella Man — also known as J. Seward Johnson, Jr.’s Allow Me — is back at his present home, outside the Prince Theater on Chestnut. We welcome him back, and cannot wait to topple him again in an orgy of public drunkenness and underwear burning next October, if the Lord will allow it.
