she was awesome. my wife and i saw her 2 years ago at danny’s skylight room in manhattan. we talked with her for a long time and then she played 2 amazing sets and told amazing stories. r.i.p.

Her recording of “Is That All There Is?” is perfect. Maybe, in keeping with the song, that’s the question she’s right now asking herself about heaven.
