Tim and Eric Awesome Tour ’09 descended on Philadelphia last night and as predicted, it was super weird and hilarious. The show kicked off with the Philly natives singing an ode to diarreah in gold spandex, as pictured above. T&E geeks, you want the breakdown? Fair enough: Awesome Show classics such as The Beaver Boys were brought to the stage and there was a surprise spooking by Spagett. What made this Awesome Tour a little more awesome than the previous were performances by the show’s weirdo-regulars like James Quall, and David Liebe Hart. (Can you imagine being on a tour bus with these people for any extended period of time?) The skits were broken up with clips from the upcoming fourth season, which promises to be just as uncomfortable as the previous three. Other than all of the borderline-retarded special guests and overweight white guys in spandex, the show was pretty normal. Salame.
