We Love The Phillies, Obama Ain’t Bad
So, CNN estimates that 2 million people stood in the cold weather to witness the Inauguration of our very first African American President. That’s the same amount of people who celebrated the World Series victory by the Philadelphia Phillies on the day of their parade down Broad Street.
We’re on the fence about if this. Apparently, your Fightin’s breaking the curse of a 25 year championship drought is as important as Obama becoming the leader of the Free World. Or at least to us locals. You know what? We appreciate your enthusiasm. For all of it.
