    It may be tacky, but it’s philly iconic tacky and I love this billboard clothing store. Guess another restaurant will take it’s place.

    @Patricio I’m with jc on this. I mean, blight is what I’d call Market from 6th to City Hall.

    The truth is that the red, white and blue stripes were painted by a well known painter and they are deemed as historical by the Olde City historical commission. No more restaurants are being allowed in Olde City.

    According to the customers who shopped there for years, it is the end of an era. The people who work at Shirt Corner are the nicest and best sales force on Market Street. Shirt Corner will be missed.
