Sorry, we mean breast augmentation. Anyhoo, PECO has announced that they are going to revamp their scrolling message board that sits atop their Center City-based headquarters.

The Exelon Corp. subsidiary said Tuesday that it expects to have the new system, which will be able to display colors and graphics, up and running by the middle of next summer.

They are gonna trick this bitch OUT! We guess Xzibit was available for this edition of “Pimp My Scrolling Message Board.” But, really, unless they can have a huge 3-D shark lunge at us like it did to Marty in Back to the Future II, we’re gonna be less-than-impressed. Oh, and for all of you trivia hounds out there, chew on this bit of info while you stroke your beard:

The current system has 2,600 individual bulbs in a display that is 38 feet high and 148 feet long on the building’s north and south sides, and 71 feet long on its east and west sides. Since July 4, 1976, it has displayed more than 17,825 messages.
