PHILADELPHIA Mayor Michael Nutter sure knows how to lay it on thick. Sen. Hillary Clinton agreed to host a luncheon for Nutter at Buddakan in the Meatpacking District the other day while hundreds of Pennsylvanians were in town on their annual pilgrimage. A source reports that after Clinton’s speech, Nutter, her avid supporter, told guests that President-elect Barack Obama’s “most important decision ever was to choose Hillary Clinton” as secretary of state. More important than deciding to run for president?
