Philebrity Wonders: Just How Many GreenMen Were Out There This Weekend?
Without a doubt, the finest Halloween costume in Philadelphia this year (and perhaps any other), was GreenMan, the YouTube alter-ego of Charlie from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia earlier this season. Phileb commenter Cheesesteak the Impaler kinda beat us to the punch on this, but it’s a valid question: HOW MANY? In the ramp up to the holiday, we were aware of two individuals who were planning on dressing as the verdant crotchball-thrower, but when we ran the slideshow two posts ago, we noticed another. And where there is smoke, there is fire. So we want more GreenMen photos. If you’ve got ‘em, post a link in the comments below.

There was definitely one spotted on the Jumbotron at Citizens Bank Park after the parade. I also saw a really good homemade Phanatic rolling around at Broad and Washington during the parade.

I saw two of them in DC; one on the Metro and one at the 9:30 Club at the Pietasters show. The one at the 9:30 Club actually won the costume contest which was kind of lame because all of the other finalists actually made their costumes by hand.

I saw one at Broad & Sansom right at the beginning of the victory parade who had sweated through the whole costume and was peeling his green face off. I would have taken a picture but the poor bastard looked like he was suffering…
