Say it ain’t so, Boss! (Seen here in costume as Guitar Jesus.) The Associated Press, and therefore everybody else reports that on his website, he’s announced that the annual Springsteen Halloween extravaganza is no more. No word on whether he has also fired tonight’s World Series Stub Game (could you blame him?) or the Fourth of July.
Aside: is it awesome or scary that NJ.com has a whole Springsteen section? It is, let’s say, not content-rich. It also lacks links to illegal bootlegs of the Obama rally performances, which is all anybody really wants. Or at least links to the YouTube clips. Somebody in Ypsilanti got some pretty good footage!
