Hyperspace Clusterfuck: Hey, Why Not Add Some Skinheads To This Saturday’s Political Mix?
OK, so, so far on Saturday, we’ve got Sarah Palin dropping the puck at the Flyers game, the accompanying protests that come with that, Barack Obama zipping around town… and, well, whaddya say we add in a skinhead rally on Boathouse Row? If you’re a member of the Keystone State Skinheads (god, I just know they’re going to comment here, I feel it coming on like the trots), Saturday looks like a perfect day for their 2nd Annual Leif Ericson Day Celebration. According to the flier, the celebration will consist of a wreath laying ceremony, guest speakers and acoustic music. (Acoustic music? Really? What the fuck ever happened to Skrewdriver?) Anyway, it’s all to celebrate, you know, heritage. Want an extra bit of hyperspacial clusterfuckery? It’s also Navy Day Regatta. Let the good times roll, Philadelphia. Let the good times roll.

No doubt Palin will be stopping by Boathouse Row at some point tomorrow. If not just to run by in her pink hat.

I can’t believe I am supposed to be in Scranton on Saturday. As consolation Biden & Clinton will be there on Sunday. Maybe he’ll mention the time Truman googled ‘election results’ to find out he did in fact defeat Dewey.
